The cost of the session is $525 per participant for the Basic course and $625 for the Intermediate course. Please select a method of payment:

Make your check or money order payable to "Thomas A. Jones, Consultant" and send it to P.O. Box 4301, East Lansing, MI 48826. Payment must be postmarked 20 days prior to the first day of the session.

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will be complete when the Registration Form and your payment are received.

Discount:
To receive a $25 discount, register and pay for the session 60 days in advance of the registration deadline.

Cancellation:
If you are unable to attend, submit a refund request in writing at least 14 days before the session and we will send you a full refund. If you cancel fewer than 14 days before the session, your registration payment will not be refunded, but you will receive a copy of the Training Manual.
